We have a 150 seller maximum to keep our sale 'shoppable'
Our consignment sellers earn a minimum 66% (2/3) of their asking price! Find out how you can easily earn up to 75% of your sales price in the Volunteer section . You will need to make an appointment to drop off your items during one of the 3 available drop off times. You do not need to stay to place your items on the sales floor (our fabulous volunteers handle that), however, we ask that you wait until all of your clothing items have been checked for rips/stains/seasonal appropriateness. Plan on 1/2 hour - 45 mins for drop off. We ask that you bring a box (or boxes) clearly labeled with your seller number. We store these boxes and use them to sort your unsold items into at the end of the sale. We are staffed by volunteers so please be patient.
Sellers get to shop early: Wed, Mar 4 from 6- 8pm and Thurs Mar 5 from 9-11am (no kids).
Sellers get early 1/2 price shop: Fri Mar 4 from 11am - 3pm

If you register during our 'early bird' registration period your fee will only be $7 which can be paid via Paypal or check to Winters Chapel UMC Preschool. Sign up for our email list to find out when our early bird period starts/finishes. After this period is over, the registrant price goes to $10. If you wind up selling less than $10 worth of merchandise at our sale, we will happily refund your registration fee, but as our 'veterans' will tell you, we have lines of shoppers out the door and most everyone is happy with their seller checks.
Our Kids Closet consignment sale utilizes the user-friendly MyConsignmentManager software that allows you to create your tags online at home. All of our sellers have preferred this method over handwritten tags because of the speed with which they are able to create tags. Additionally, they enjoy being able to track their items throughout the sale - no more guessing if an item has sold. You will know exactly how much is left to pick up at the end of the sale. Kids Closet Consignors can also transfer their unsold inventory to the many other area sales using MyConsignmentManager software without having to change their tags (some limitations may apply.)
