What you sign up for as a seller
1. You as the seller are responsible for having followed all guidelines on the Kids Closet website including recall information.
2. The seller is responsible for tagging all of his or her items. Any items that are not tagged according to tagging procedure can be rejected by our volunteers.
3. While we make all attempts protect your merchandise and treat it with care and respect, Winters Chapel UMC Preschool assumes no responsibility for loss or damage of your items due to fire, theft, accident or any other cause while on our premises.
4. Drop off and Pick Up dates and times on this website are firm. No exceptions. If items are not picked up in time, they will be donated to Mustardseed Jamaica and/or Norcross Coop. Unfortunately, the church does not have space to store items left after Monday night.
5. Sellers earn 66% of sales price of item (unless you have volunteered to get into
a higher percentage bracket). Winters Chapel UMC Preschool retains the rest for their fundraiser.
6. We attempt to have your checks ready for you at unsold item pick up. We make no guarantees of this but will mail you your seller check by the end of the week following the sale if we are unable to provide them at pick up.
