Increasing your seller percentage

You can earn up to 75% of your asking price by volunteering at our sale (if you are more than 15 minutes late for your shift, leave more than 15 minutes early for your shift or fail to work your shift for any reason, your seller percentage will drop to 60% - we've had issues with no shows for volunteers so we have had to implement this new rule):
Sellers volunteering at 3 shifts (including one night or weekend shift)

Sellers volunteering at least 2 shifts (including one night or weekend shift)

         75% of sales price

         70% of sales price

You may bring a friend to volunteer with you (which would give you two shifts if they are not a seller trying to increase their own percentage) but we do have restrictions:

1.  The person who volunteers must be a mature 14 years old  or older.

2.  The person must be signed up on Sign Up Genius and fill a slot in advance.  Please do not just bring an additional person to volunteer with you on the day of your shift and expect a second shift to be creditted to you.

3.  The person must be able to take direction from sale management.

On our Sign Up Genius you will see some evening and weekend shifts designated as counting double for shopping purposes.  These shifts do NOT count double to increase seller percentage, only for earlier shopping privileges on Volunteer Shop day.  If you sign up for back to back shifts, you MUST be able to work both shifts in full in order to count them toward seller percentage increase.  If you leave early on your second shift or come in late on the first, one of the shifts will not count.
